Damaged/defective product

A replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to me within 14 days of delivery date. Buyer must pay for the original damaged item to be shipped back to me (including a tracking number) and contact me via support email within 14 days of product delivery. The replacement item will be created and shipped out once your return item tracking number shows shipped.

Returns/exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
